    For best results cook from chilled.

    Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Medium 25-30 Mins

    Remove all packaging. Place contents in a pan over a medium heat and add 15ml (1tbsp) of oil, stir frequently until evenly browned. Drain off cooking juices if desired. Cover with sauce or stock of your choice. Simmer gently, stirring occasionally. Then serve and enjoy.

    Always follow cooking instructions – Mince should always be cooked thoroughly until piping hot and no pink meat remains. Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning.

    Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat.

    Check product is piping hot before serving.

    Do not reheat.

    Keep refrigerated at -2°C to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Store at the bottom of the refrigerator. There may be temporary discolouration to the beef if it touches the tray or the other pieces of meat, which is perfectly fine. Do not exceed the Use By date.

    Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. This will produce water due to thawing ice crystals. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
