Based on 1 shank
Remove from outer packaging, pierce pouch several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Heat for 8 minutes.
Shake the bag gently.
Stand for 1 minute, shake bag gently before serving.
Cook time: – 30 min.
Based on 1 or 2 shanks
Remove from outer packaging.
Place unopened pouch(es) into a large pan of boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).
Shake the pouch gently before opening.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date.
