Shifts
Monday to Saturday 3-4 shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Bake savory & sweet pies, cakes and ready‑to‑eat meals
- Operate and maintain Rational oven equipment
- Ensure food quality, consistency and kitchen cleanliness
- Collaborate with butchery team on specials and bespoke orders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience cooking on Rational (or equivalent) commercial ovens
- Strong baking and meal‑prep skills
- Ability to work 3–4 shifts per week.
- Reliable, punctual with high attention to detail
- Team‑player with a positive “can‑do” attitude
- 5+ Years Experience in kitchens

The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality, exceptional customer service skills, and previous sales experience. This role involves assisting customers, taking orders, and maintaining a high level of service throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Prepare and package orders according to customer specifications.
- Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bubbly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work 2-3 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday.
