SHOP RETURNS POLICY

Please inform us within 24 hours if any items have been incorrectly supplied, or if you have any concerns with product quality. We are happy to exchange for the same item or a refund (to the same card it was originally paid with).

If you are unable to come into the shop in that time period, please send a message through our Facebook page informing us of any problems, along with a photograph if it is a quality complaint.
