The excess fat is trimmed just enough to retain the moisture during cooking and the bone enhances the flavour and ensures the meat stays tender.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Supplied chilled and Vacuum Packed. Store at < 5°C. See pack for shelf life.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
