4 x Rib-Eye Steaks
Any true steak lover will tell you that the ribeye is the best of both worlds: the eye of the rib is pleasantly marbled and mouthwateringly tender, and the luscious crescent wrapped around the outside edge is one of the most delicious morsels on the steer. Season with coarsely ground black pepper or garlic and herbs, or a steak rub of your choice. Serve one per person for a hearty, satisfying meal or slice and serve on a platter.

Sear over high heat on a grill, then finish using indirect heat. May also be broiled or pan-seared. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. This product has been specially sealed for freshness and tenderness. The meat returns to its natural colour within 2 to 3 minutes of opening.
