Corner Gammon Joint


Corner Gammon is, as you would expect, a small, lean, boneless joint cut from the top corner of the whole leg. It is ideal for boiling or roasting, and can also be sliced across – a little more thickly than bacon – into lean grilling rashers.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed the Use By date.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
