Half Lamb Leg


Our  lamb leg joints are a traditional roasting joint, cut from the hind leg and left on the bone to preserve this meat’s sweet flavour and succulence. Who can resist a crispy lamb leg, pink in the middle, still juicy and delicious? Serve with crispy roast potatoes, parsnips and all the trimmings along with a generous glug of mint sauce and topped with a sprig of rosemary.
