For best resuts pan fry from chilled.
Before cooking, remove all packaging. Allow steaks to reach room temperature.
Rub with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper, Preheat frying pan to a high heat the pan must be hot.
rare : 4 minutes
Medium: 6-7 minutes
Well done: 10 minutes
Turn regularly while cooking.
Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. This product has been specially sealed for freshness and tenderness. The meat returns to its natural colour within 2 to 3 mins of opening.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
