    INGREDIENTS

    Beef (88%) water, Burger seasoning: Rusk [Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503)], Salt,Onion Powder, Stabiliser (E451), Flavourings, Preservative (Sulphites)(E221), Spices (Celery), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Antioxidant (E300), Colour (E120).

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Remove all packaging.

    Preheat a large griddle or frying pan for 4 minutes on a high heat, then turn the heat down to medium. Place the burgers on the griddle or into the pan, then use a spatula to lightly press them down, making sure the burger is in full contact with the pan.

    Burgers should always be cooked thoroughly until piping hot and no pink meat remains. Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning.

    Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat.

    Check product is piping hot before serving.

    Do not reheat.

    STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

    Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. This product has been specially sealed for freshness and tenderness. The meat returns to its  natural colour within 2 to 3 mins of opening.

    Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
