A prime steak cut through and left on the bone to feature both sirloin and fillet with maximum flavour and exquisite tenderness. Ideal for a big feast, this is one of the most prized cuts of the beast, and requires skill to prepare neatly. Ours are sourced exclusively from grass fed herds for optimum marbling and depth of flavour, before being matured by our Master Butcher to concentrate the flavour, and enhance the meat’s natural qualities.

For best results remove from refrigerator and remove from packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
For tenderness and succulence allow the steak to rest, uncovered in a warm place for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Do not re-heat.
Grill – From Chilled: Pre-heat the grill to medium and carefully place under the grill and cook to your liking. Rare: 4 minutes on each side; Medium: 5 minutes on each side; Well done: 7-8 minutes on each side.
Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Brush the steak with oil and season with salt and pepper (optional). Preheat your pan over a high heat, then reduce to medium and carefully place the steak in the pan and cook to your liking. Rare: 3 minutes on each side; Medium: 4 minutes on each side; Well done: 6-7 minutes on each side.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. This product has been specially sealed for freshness and tenderness. The meat returns to its natural colour within 2 to 3 mins of opening.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
