4x Beef Brisket, Cheese & Jalapeño Burgers

Tasty cheese and jalapeño home-made steak burgers.

Cooking Instructions – General. Preparation and cooking: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat once cooled.; Oven cook – From Chilled. Preheat oven (180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas mark 4). Place burgers onto a grill rack on an ovenproof tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 30 mins until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.; Shallow Fry – From Chilled. Start with a cold griddle pan. Place burgers on a griddle pan and cook on a medium heat for 12 minutes turning frequently, until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Storage :For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
